The design of the home - built in 2018 by Wind River Tiny Homes in Chattanooga, TN - is classic in its rectangular configuration with a 2ft. sloping ceiling. It is clad in baby blue lap siding with white trim. Entry is through a traditional, inward swinging entry door with ½ Lite glass window. The house also features 8 windows of varying size.

Once inside you are greeted by an L-shaped sofa to the right along with a mounted flatscreen television. It is a lovely relaxation spot. The accent wall in the space is white shiplap and the high ceilings make the home feel so much more open. The entry door also opens up pretty immediately to the kitchen with its 9 feet of custom base cabinet space including a unique hideaway pull-out trash can and a pull-out spice rack. All of the drawers are soft-close sliding drawers as well. In addition to the cabinetry is a beautiful butcher block countertop complete with a white ceramic drop-in sink. Also on the countertop is a 4-burner propane gas range. Across from the main cabinetry is a 10 cubic foot stainless steel refrigerator. The backsplash of the kitchen is a subway tile with a unique marble pattern.

Above the refrigerator is the sliding oak ladder that leads up to the sleeping loft. There you’ll find room for a queen size bed, recessed LED lighting, and opposing windows for cross-ventilation. The sleeping loft also sits above the bathroom which is accessible through a 24” pocket door leading out of the kitchen.

The bathroom truly is built around the 36 x 36 tiled rainfall shower with a 7 ft. ceiling. In the room is also a composting toilet, a single vanity with a sink, an oval mirror, and a combo washer/dryer unit. The water for both sinks and laundry comes courtesy of an electric 6-gallon on-demand hot water heater. The floors - like the entire house - are laminate plank and tile.

Other luxuries included in this exceptional THOW are the dimmable LED lighting fixtures, a remote control LED ceiling fan, pull-down blackout cellular shades, and a Yamaha surround sound Bluetooth receiver for built-in surround sound that blasts out through ceiling flush-mounted speakers.

A 30-amp electrical system powers the home and water is provided by an RV-style inlet on the outside of the home. There is a grey water drain line but it is largely meant for on-grid living.
