24' Tiny House Built by Owner, 11 Windows, Heated Floors, Shou Sugi Ban siding, Smart features

I built this home myself from 2017-2019, and have been living in it since then. Every detail of the home was carefully designed and researched in order to create a home that is minimal, but still provides most of an average homes comforts. My fiance and I have decided to make the move to a bigger home with more land in order to create an organic sustainable farm, and are ready to sell our home to new owners! LOFT:
-Mattress is surrounded by windows on all 3 sides and has a skylight above that is great for watching the stars at night!

SMART FEATURES:
-All lights are on Insteon Dimmers/switches and can be controlled from Smart Phone, and are programmable to be able to set scenes, or turn all of the downstairs lights on/off from up in bed
-Pioneer Mini Split Heat and A/C can be controlled from smart phone while away from home
-Heated Floors can be veiwed and controlled from smart phone
-Ring Door Bell Camera can be answered and talked through from phone away from home
-Schlage Door Lock can be unlocked from phone

TRAILER AND BUILDING:
-24' Trailer Made Trailer with 2 7,000 lb axles
Last 3' of trailer are used as deck space
Bumper is framed for extra storage space

-Steel Framing from Volstrukt: Lighter weight (saved over 1,000 lbs vs wood framing) and engineered to be a stronger structure!

-External and Internal house wrap and tape from 475 work together to create an air tight building, while still letting moisture out of the walls

-Charred Cedar Tongue and Groove siding, the charring is a old Japanese technique that creates a more waterproof, bug resistent, and fire resistent material. It is coated in a natural linseed oil.

-Insulation is sheeps wool from Oregon Shepherd, which is a natural alternative to fiberglass and provides the same R-value while also being more resistent to mold

-Metal standing seam white roof

-Wired for 50 AMP electrical hookup, and comes with adapters to work with 30 AMP and 20 AMP connections

-Standard hose inlet for water

-Drains all piped together under house and run off away from home
