24' Pacific Yurt - Deck, Wood Stove and Snow / Wind Kit Included

We are bittersweetly moving out of our yurt. We have lived in this yurt for the last 5 years in the Corralitos Mountains, it has been a wonderful home. We are moving to Oregon and sadly, the yurt is not coming with us.

These yurts go for >$26,000 new, this one is a great deal as it has tons of bonus items.

Yurts classify as a "temporary structure" since they are built on pier blocks. They make fabulous AirBnB's, guest homes, primary homes or rentals.

Terms of Sale :
- You disassemble and take away. Requires minimum of 3 people to disassemble, better with 4 or 5 people. Will take one day to take down and pack up yurt and one day to disassemble and pack up deck. We will be available to guide disassembly and help at the trickier steps as needed. Yurt and deck will fit completely into an 18' Uhaul truck.
- Yurt is not available for disassembly until May 21 and must be off the property by June 7. This is, however, negotiable if need be.
- Furniture included at no additional cost if desired : includes couch, expandable dining table and chairs, coffee table and desktop.
