This home comes fully furnished with a first floor sectional sofa that converts to a queen sized bed. The living area features a remote controlled drop down 42" LED TV that disappears when not in use. In the kitchen, you'll find no spared expense. Owners will feel right at home with a full propane cooktop, deep single tub sink, granite countertops, a 7.4 cu. ft refrigerator with freezer and a fully plumbed laundry closet that can house a stackable washer and dryer if desired.

Thoughtfully custom designed storage can be found hidden throughout this tiny home to maximum space while keeping a clean look. The bathroom features a composting toilet and fully enclosed stand up shower. Upstairs is home to a mostly private King sized bed with built in storage cabinets and a 55" LED TV. The used register home installation on this house when it was built . I have all the files from the build as well. Noah keeps step by step pictures and documents it all do you know this house was built to the top standards. This doesn’t have solar panels but I’m sure you could add a system. This house is located in Lincoln RI. I’m a private seller so can’t do financing. I bought this house out right. The house has never been lived in or used. Everything is still wrapped in bubble wrap from when I purchased it. It was parked in my back yard untouched.
