About
We are a couple of Quebec residents who built their own tiny house in 2017. This house has been used mainly for traveling for a few months and has been parked for about a year and a half. We want to sell it because we want to start a bigger construction project.
7 large windows and a bay window to improve the brightness of the house (tempered glass to improve the strength of the house).
The house is 24 feet long and weighs about 12,000 lbs. It rests on a fully galvanized tailored trailer. Two axes each provided for 7500 lbs. Wooden structure, reinforce steel in many places and is insulated with rock wool (Roxul) and the floor is insulated with rockwool and polyisocyanurate. All construction details with photos provided on request.
