24 ft Cedar Tiny House

Very cute 24ft tiny house. Mostly metal siding with a cedar top with an all metal roof. Cedar on the inside with a high ceiling so it feels light and spacious. Butcher block counters. The bed loft is an electric happy jack adjustable bed system - so you can raise or lower the loft to any height. Put it up during the day for extra space or use it for storage. Queen bed size.

Propane heater and hot water heater. Can be tied in to septic or comes with a small tank.

It comes with a covered deck (that you will have to rebuild once you get it settled, but all the pieces are there and we'll take good pictures as we disassemble.)

Heated hose, electrical hookup cord, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, propane tank, stabilizing jacks all included. Ready to be lived in or used for a guest space, office, etc.

8ft wide, on a triple axle trailer with a 2 inch deck on a 8inch I-beam trailer.

Love this little space but I don't have a good spot for it.
