24' Efficient & Lightweight SIP Tiny House - 6800 lbs!

This is a brand new 24’ x 8’ model. It is constructed of high efficiency and durable fiberglass SIP panels (more information on building materials below) for easy heating and cooling, lots of window light, and an open and airy design that makes it feel much larger than reality at 232 square feet, including the loft.
Featuring a fully custom interior and simple but beautiful exterior that is finished with a unique faux stucco texture.

Rooms and Details:
The living space contains a built in, custom couch. Three large drawers, hidden corner storage, and a slide-out serving table or seat with a solid walnut lid that hides even more storage space inside are all incorporated into the couch. A desk with overhead shelving and a walnut top is also incorporated into this space and will welcome a laptop, all-in-one computer, or simply books and paperwork.
The kitchen is equipped with a full-size LG fridge/freezer combo, large stainless steel sink, a Panasonic mini convection oven, a Summit two-burner electric stovetop, and custom cabinets below and above. The countertops are also solid walnut with a durable epoxy finish and are lit by a hidden LED strip light under the upper cabinets. The stairs that run adjacent to the kitchen also supply extra storage with open shelving, as well as an LG electric washer/dryer combo.

The bathroom is also planned for comfort, with a full 36” x 36” shower (large for a house on wheels!), vanity cabinet with an oak butcher-block countertop, clothes rod for hanging clothes, Available with a C-Head composting toilet or a regular flush toilet. An extra storage cabinet is behind the shower. It also has a fan for recycling air and venting shower steam. The room is lit with fun rope lights and a vintage Edison bulb above the vanity.

The loft is a cozy space with two windows for light and air flow. It will fit a queen size mattress. A track containing evening mood lighting hugs the ceiling.

Both heating and cooling are accomplished by a Pioneer 9,000btu mini-split system. The interior unit is quiet and stylish, while the outside unit is conveniently mounted on the back with steel brackets to insure that packing up before moving locations is quick and painless.
The exterior of the home has a unique stucco-like finish and is trimmed with long-lasting LP SmartSide products. An angular room over the tongue houses the hot water tank, electric breaker panel, and PEX plumbing manifold.

The home is powered by a 50 amp service plug and only requires a hose to hook up to water supply. Gray-water can be dealt with as desired from the outlet on the back of the home.

Building Materials:
SIP panels (Structurally Insulating Panels) are becoming more popular for tiny homes, as the high-density foam makes for very good insulative value; however, we are among the first to employ a fiberglass and resin sheathed panel (instead of the traditional heavy wooden OSB or plywood options), which, in addition to efficiency, saves a huge percentage of the weight in the frame of the home. This will make hauling the house much easier than most pull-behind homes of this size! The fiberglass panels also save precious space inside, due to their ability to be painted directly and discard the need for sheetrock or wooden siding. The structure is built on a custom trailer that was designed for tiny houses.
