24' Dual Loft Certified Park Model/Tiny

Rooftop deck
- Length: full 24’ of the house, with cedar bolt-on fencing. Stained to protect the wood.

"Bedroom" loft is 8’ x8’; 4’ of headspace – Queen mattress included

Bedroom: Navy Premium Light Filtering Cellular Shades – they are not black out but they do a good job of keeping the sunlight out of your eyes in the morning.
- Living Room & Front Door: White BaliSolar Shades (10%) – these shades allow a lot of light to come in but reduce glare and block 90% of UV rays. Enjoy the light from the windows and see out as well.
- Kitchen: White 2” Levolor Faux Wood blinds – Durable, moisture resistant and easy to clean. Control how much light comes in.
