24' Custom Pacific Yurt

The yurt has many custom additions to the base model:
1. Woodstove/heating kit (already installed)
2. Rain divert over the door
3. "Tall Wall" system (walls are 7' tall, not 6)
4. Standard size door with double paned plexiglass
5. 2 windows (one a 5 o'clock, one at 7 o'clock)
6. Dome opener (to allow air to flow out the top)
7. Wind and Snow Load supports (allows the yurt to hold up to heavy winds and snow)
8. Insulation kit (adds R-5 to the structure for a total insulation value of around R-8 to R-10)
9. Velcro Windows with screens

For JUST the yurt (none of the heating/beds/platform), I will take the first $9,000
For the whole system I will take $10,000
If you don't want to buy, but want to rent it, contact me and we will discuss a monthly payment based on a lease contract.

As mentioned above, I have a propane system (2- 100 lb. cylinders) for a backup heater. It could also be hooked up to a propane refrigerator or a propane stove. The wood stove is a Pacific Energy Woodstove rated for 1500 sq. ft. I also have two lofted beds that I built with storage underneath. They aren't going to win any awards for craftsmanship, but they are incredibly functional. I also have three gas lamps that fill the space very well. All of this could be included in the sale if you would like.
