22' Cozy Tiny House on Wheels

Designed and built in 2013 by professional contractor and owner of Hammerstone Contracting and Hammerstone School (Trumansburg, NY) with the help of the previous owner. Wiring done by licensed electrician. Built-in maple stairs with storage were added in 2017, as well as plumbing to the sink and shower. House is well-built, bright, and stays warm through upstate NY winters. Propane heater is great for truly cold days but usually a space heater keeps the space plenty toasty. Main sleeping loft comes with full sized tuft and needle brand mattress but could fit a queen. Second loft can fit a twin mattress. Kitchen has ample counter space with stainless counters, large stainless sink, vintage oven and gas range, microwave, and mini fridge. Everything you need, in 160 square feet!
