2021 Tiny House For Sale

Hi there! My husband and I are selling our tiny house as we are ready to grow our family. We started this build in 2020 and moved into it in 2021. We have loved living in it but are ready for this next chapter. This tiny house is 24 foot long and 8 foot wide. It is NOAH RDI certified and we had it inspected every step of the build. Everything but the inside finishes was done by professional contractors. We call it our diy build as we did the inside and it shows a little with the loft ceiling. The mini split is by Daizuki and we recently had it serviced so it is in great condition. It has a garage built on the back where the water heater is stored. There is a ton of room in there for storage, tools and more. The ceiling in the loft area needs to be redone as it simply is not aesthetically pleasing. Everything in the house works great and it comes with a stove, oven and fridge. There is a fan in the bathroom and the toilet is a regular flushing toilet. It is currently on a lot in a tiny house community in Winter Haven, Fl for $500 a month if you want to take over the lease along with the purchase of $55,000 for the house! Very long electrical chord with rv hookup included. Electrical, water and sewage are all exactly like rv hookups.
