Why selling? looking to develop land in other ways
What's with the deck? It's built up to unit, but not attached. We'll either dismantle the deck or simply slide the unit away off jacks.
Is the deck available? Sure - the whole thing is "floating" - frame is PT pine, decking is cedar, roof is corrugated metal
How easy will this be to haul off? None of these things are "easy", but this should be no issue for an experienced driver.
