Added features: Upgraded ceramic toilet, kitchen and bathroom backsplash, wood panel accent wall, painted walls and cabinets, mounted additional TV in bedroom, dinette covers, whitewashed fireplace, exterior tripod support, curtains, blinds, electric washing machine, and most decor available to stay.

Flaws: Claw marks on bases of leather chairs - will provide covers if desired, paint was spilled on carpet under dinette - currently covered with a decorative rug. Will provide pictures to interested buyers.
