I purchased this tiny house in 2022. I have used it seasonally as a summer cabin. It is in great used condition. It is move in ready with a few maintenance tasks due like re-sealing the siding and butcher block countertop.

Before buying this tiny house, I researched all RVIA certified tiny home builders. Escape Traveler is the absolute best. I have since purchased a second tiny home from Escape to use as a rental and for guests. I have loved living in this tiny house and would love to keep it, but my family is expanding--my partner and I are expecting our first child in June.

This home is RVIA certified. Not many tiny homes are. RVIA certification comes with a few benefits:
