About

Please call 704-508-9046 to inquire or apply for financing for this tiny house here.

It certainly is no secret that tiny houses on wheels have become more clever in their use of space, more stylish with their creature comforts, and more creative in design over the last decade. With many over the once-standard 200 sq.ft. tiny houses providing a more comfortable and logical home for many and at nearly 300 square feet this beautiful fifth wheel tiny house in Idaho is ready to be your home, sweet home!

Built by Maximus Extreme Tiny Homes on a 31’ foot (tip to tip), triple axle, heavy-duty fifth wheel trailer, the split level tiny home features some incredible upgrades including a white picket fence porch, gliding windows, and a partitioned loft that allows for a closet area and a dresser area. The home is painted a muted mint green and has both cedar shakes and LP SmartSide, with antique white trim. There are 10 windows strategically placed throughout the house allowing for ample natural light as well as ventilation and cross-breeze. The front entry is a six-pane 36 in. x 80 in. 6 Lite right-hand inswing fiberglass prehung front door and the roofing is a slate grey architectural shingle.

Once inside the house you can turn left to go towards the kitchen or right to go towards the downstairs bathroom and the upstairs master loft. Above head is an industrial style hanging LED pendant that gives great light for navigating through the house at night.

Before reaching the kitchen area though there is a small living area that includes a plush, oversized couch with an entertainment center directly in front. The center is equipped with a flat screen television, a Vizio sound bar with surround sound, and storage for books, DVDs, video games, etc. Continuing through the house is the kitchen, which is more like a kitchenette but highly functioning nonetheless.

The kitchenette is complete with a 4-burner stove top and an oven for full cooking. The system is electric and has a cutting board to cover it when not in use and provide more countertop space. Next to the stove is a single basin stainless sink with separate faucet and sprayer. Beside that and rounding out the kitchenette is a small, standup fridge/freezer combo with a microwave above. There is also a cutting board to cover the sink when not in use for even more workspace. Below the electric appliances is cabinet space for storage and some upper cabinets for closed storage. Perhaps most enjoyable though is the hidden doggie door located beneath the fridge that goes directly out to the fenced off porch.

Above the kitchen and accessible by wall ladder is an open loft that has two twin beds, glider windows, and LED wall sconces for lighting. While a small space, it is perfect for an overnight visitor or two.

The ceiling in the tiny house is white beadboard and there are predominant exposed beams throughout including a beautiful ridge beam that is expertly appointed and makes for an incredible conversation piece.

Turning right once in the house will lead to the bathroom area which is fully plumbed with a flush commode but is also capable of having a compost toilet. The bathroom also has a sink and vanity (with mirror), an on-demand hot water heater, and a shower stall. There is also a stacking washer/dryer with the dryer being propane powered. It is all kept private by a barn door that hides when not in use.

The downstairs flooring is laminate and great for high traffic or those little scurrying paws of your furry friend.

Moving up the staircase directly at the front door is the seven-step lead into the semi-closed master loft. The loft is different from most in that the bed area drops down from the entry, taking advantage of the fifth wheel hitch design the home is built on. The bed is queen size, there are glider windows, LED sconces, a flat screen TV on a swivel mount, hanger bars, and a dresser arrangement. The flooring in the loft is also laminate like the rest of the house. It is a nice solution for privacy without closing off the house with doors and walls.

The tiny house on wheels is traditionally framed using wood and is insulated with RayCore panels. The house does come with furnishings and the sale includes the panels to close in the “shed” area below the fifth wheel hitch. Temperature control is courtesy of a Mitsubishi mini-split system and the whole house is 50-amp.
