Perfect Clean Slate | 2015 Ford Transit 350 Extending Body High Roof

A 2015 Ford Transit 350, High Top, Extended Body, deiseal, rear dually. This is the largest model you can get and is a perfect clean slate for a conversion.

It's got 169k miles but has been very well taken care of as a ski shuttle in Breckenridge. The tires were new when purchased and have hole coverage through Discount Tires (this will patch leaks and fill for free). I purchased this vehicle to turn into a full-time off-grid home, but plans have changed so now it'll be the perfect start for someone's dream camper.

The inside is already emptied and cleaned. Hemlock wool and Thinsulate are the insulations I've already installed in the knocks and crannies as well are large areas. I planned on making large window covers for colder temperatures and will include all those supplies as well as the additional Thinsulate and other insulation materials. Two layers of 1-inch XPS insulation with floating plywood on the floor for easy adjustments. All other conversion supplies I have will go with the van including adhesives, cabin shelves converter, some piping and plumbing materials, waterproof seals for vents and ac, etc.

This van drives like a dream. I took one road trip in it and it gets great mpg on the highway, up dirt roads, and idles for hours with no problems and the fuel gauge didn't even move while running the heat inside. It has a radio, multiple charge ports in the cab, and one 12volt in the back. Cruise control, back-up camera, def and oil level displays, ac and heat for the cab, and heating in the back. Back windows pop open for ventilation and lock when closed.

Slight cosmetic damage to the paint on the back doors (very top left) and front right bumper. Easy fixes I planned to do myself but didn't get to before life plans changed. The front window also has some cracks from when I purchased it but does not get in the way of driving.

Has four internal batteries under the driver seat for easy asses and connection to any internal power you have planned. The rear dually is great for the extra weight from a conversion.
