**New engine with a 100,000 mile warranty**

This 2014 Ram ProMaster 3500 camper van has everything you need to go travel as a weekender or to live in full time! We custom built the van with everything in mind to ensure that we will feel cozy and comfortable living and travelling in it, and we love the time we have spent in it.

We recently installed a new engine from the factory when the van had 189809 miles on it. With the new engine, it runs and drives like new. The engine came with a 100,000 mile warranty, so it will serve you worry free for many adventures!

The interior is decorated with tasteful cedar ceiling, luxury vinyl plank floor, and clean white painted walls. It has an evaporative cooler and a propane heater, so it's perfect for all seasons! It is well-insulated, fully equipped with a full-size bed (two 5'10" people can fit comfortably without bending their legs), a sink with a filtered tap, a fridge, a propane range with a three-burner stove and oven (perfect for making pizza and delicious cookies!), a closet, a bathroom with a composting toilet and shower, a roof fan, and a dining area!

This van runs on gasoline. Our propane range and heater are more than enough to prepare hot meals and keep you warm at night! There is space to put a 20 lb or 30 lb propane tank. It is also equipped with a 40 gallon water tank that can be refilled at any water source, and an electric water heater for the shower and the kitchen faucet. Electricity is generated by 600 W of solar panels, so it can go off-grid for as long as you want! It can also be plugged in to any standard wall outlet with 15 Amp service. The van has three 110 V outlets to charge your electronic devices.

The van also has plenty of storage in overhead cabinets, kitchen cabinets, a full height closet, and a large space under the bed. The under-bed area can fit a road bike with wheels off or at least two 28'' suitcases.
