200sqft (plus 150sqft loft) off-grid cabin. Downstairs twin bed, upstairs large loft with queen bed. Beautiful 3/4in birch wood flooring. Metal roof, insulated flooring, framed to IRC code, warrantied. Wood stove added $1500. $4/mile delivery, on special shed hauler truck. These affordable small structures and houses take me about 6-10 weeks to build.

This is a no permit needed, single story, detached, no utilities, under 120 or 200sqft shed/playhouse. No kitchen/bath.

Credit card OK. Or $500/mo w/ local reference (but high interest).

Add $600-$3,000 for solar.
Add $700 for on board water tank/pump/plumbing.
Add $500-975 for composting toilet.
Add $6900 if on DOT trailer.
Add $2,000 for certification to national tiny house code and NEC/ANSI/NFPA1192 and local code (not needed, but good to have).

Can pass inspected electrical wiring if located in Delta County.

If you want a kitchen/bath. then we need to build a Tiny House on Wheels which are permitted in any RV park or Delta unincorporated or in Eagle, Garfield unincorporated if set of pier block foundation and skirted w/ wastewater connection. Or do a site build in Delta County
