Construction details:
The floor is supported by a sub-frame structure consisting of 2x3 studs. On top of that is a sub-floor of ½ inch plywood. Then the final flooring is strips of ½ inch stained plywood

The walls are supported by a sub-frame of 2x4 studs fastened directly to the metal frame with self tapping screws. On top of that are 1” thick pine boards fastened to the wood studs.

The ceiling consists of pallet wood that has been cut to size and fastened directly to the ribs of the frame with self tapping screws.

The insulation was done in 2 part spray foam. It was insulated underneath the floor, in between the sub-frame, behind the walls, and behind the pallet boards of the ceiling. In certain spots of the ceiling, they used foam panel insulation instead. The bus is entirely insulated with the exception of the windows.

Furnishings:
Built-in kitchen counter with sink, shower pan with solar shower, bathroom compartment with latching door, bench seating in living/dining area, refrigerator, oven cooker. Spare electronic parts, lighting, and curtains are provided in bins in the livingroom/bedroom.

Kitchen:
-Under the sink, there lives a 48 gallon fresh water tank. We have a 12 volt water pump on a switch that flows into an accumulator to prevent excess pressure building in the lines. Currently it is plumbed with one supply line, delivering only cold water to the sink.

Bathroom:
The bathroom features a Natures Head Composting toilet. Works well. It’s hooked up to a solar fan mounted on the roof of the bus that creates a vacuum in the toilet to remove smells.

Solar Power:
6 / 160 watt panels are fastened to the roof of the bus with a custom rail system that
allows the panels to be angled up toward the sun in the winter months when the light is low. These charge a battery bank under a seating compartment just aft of the cab.

Climate Control:
There's propane heat, and also a bladeless electric fan heater if you're running on electricity. Comes with optional electric room air conditioner that can be hooked up to a window.

Safety Features:

Though it is road worthy, some TLC still needed to really take it on trips (see photos):

-One rear running light needs fixing
-Bottom step inside front door is rusty and needs to be replaced
