20' Yurt (Blue Ridge Yurts)

20’ diameter yurt from Blue Ridge Yurts, 7’ walls with insulation package for walls and roof.

Three large windows (with screens, removable clear vinyl panels and canvas flaps) and one portal window by the door. The door is metal with full-length glass window.

Dome is tinted and operational.

Built in 2011, the roof and bottom wall panels are vinyl ply, and the mid-wall panel is a coated ply/cotton blend. The door is steel.

$9,000 includes the yurt, plywood floor, three runs of sistered 2”x6” platform supports, three runs of 2”x10” trusts, 4”x4” pressure treated porch and shed materials. It’s held together lag bolts, the plywood floor is screwed on.

In addition, a run of Class A stove pipe with flash guard is available for $800, and an Excel composting toilet for $300. The motor has been removed from the toilet for non-electric installation, but the motor is included and is functional.

Also, there’s a patch on the back from a bear-tear, but it’s the same ‘canvas’ type/color.
