She'll is complete, inside is bare for you to finish to your liking.
2 x 4 construction, floor is insulated already, some electrical boxes hung with 200' of electrical cable not installed yet.
Professionally Sided in Forest Green
Professionally Roofed with Brown metal roof
All windows are double pane, as well as front door.
One sleeping loft one storage loft.
Claw foot tub that needs refurbishing will go with it, as seen in the pictures.
Won't take much to finish it out
Brand new tires on trailer, not sure how the brakes on it are.
Only two issues i know of are, the floor is a little wavy from re-insulating underneath the floor and there is a small roof leak.
