Container home was built out in 2017, (manufacture date of container itself is 2006) All window and door frames were fabricated by a professional licensed welder. 3.5 inches of closed cell spray foam was professionally sprayed on all walls and ceiling. All framing was done with full size 2x4s. All plumbing and electrical was done in compliance with local code. Comes with heating and air conditioning rated for 2.5 times the square footage. Tankless water heater has no problem providing hot water to the whole house. Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout home allows for a very open feeling floorplan.

Home is located on an easy to access lot. It comes fully ready to hook up to exterior water, sewer and electric connections. We will happily assist in getting it onto a truck so you can get it shipped to your location, and can also assist with finding a shipping company and pricing.
