DESCRIPTION:

Beautiful tiny house BUILT BY COLLEGE IN ARKANSAS currently located in Denver, Colorado. Quality build that will last for many years. Solid structure with dimensions fit for a single person or loving couple. Perfect as a rental in one’s backyard or Airbnb. All that a full house would offer in a tiny package, including mini-split forced air heater/air conditioning combo w/remote, plumbed fixtures, drinking water filtration system (reverse osmosis), kitchen sink, bathroom sink, washer/dryer, oven/stovetop, microwave, stand-up shower, fully functioning toilet. Deal includes two VIZIO 24" LED 1080p Smart Flat screen TVs wall-mounted with swivel/extendable arms (1 in living room/1 in sleep loft) purchased May 2019. Also, includes three Ikea Vallentuna storage seat sections sofa in Hillard dark gray. Much storage space throughout house including above entrance, inside sofa storage units, kitchen, and bathroom storage units.

REASON FOR SELLING:

• Fiance and I recently welcomed our first child and have moved into a stationary home dwelling.

HOW TO PICKUP:

• ¾ ton pickup truck needed to tow house or any truck with towing capacity of 10,500lbs. I previously used a Ford F-250 and also a Ram 2500 the 2 times that I have moved the home.
• Enterprise truck rental or HERC truck rental offers inter-state pickup truck rentals, which is how I transported house from where it was built in Arkansas to Colorado. Call either company to quote how much it will cost you to rent for a day or several days while you transport to your first parking space.

HOW TO PURCHASE:

1. Schedule visit
2. Once confident in purchasing, provide a deposit in the form of a check, venmo, zelle, or wire transfer.
*A proof of deposit will be provided
3. Provide remaining amount due within 30 days or as soon as you are ready to pick up tiny home.
*Bill of Sale provided upon full payment being received
*Title to Tiny Home (Originated in Arkansas) will be signed over to you. It is a title to the trailer that the tiny home is built on. I believe when you go to register it at the DMV you will only have to pay sales tax on the trailer. Please contact your local DMV with any questions you may have.

*You can also keep the tiny home parked at its current location. You can create your own lease with the parking facility. They charge $50 per month, with a 3-month minimum in the lease.
