20 ft RVIA certified Cedar Tiny house

I have loved living in my tiny house for the past year and a half but my boyfriend just moved in and we decided we want more space together. This house is really well insulated and has kept me very warm in the winter! It has cedar siding and cedar walls inside that smell great.

This is a road legal 20x8 foot tiny house. RVIA certified. Title in hand

It has a mini split for heat and AC (bought August 2022)
Propane on-demand water heater (brand new 2024)

The house has a solar panel but it isn't strong enough to power the mini-split

Brand new stabilizing scissor jacks (November 2023)

Tires were purchased October 2022

Mini fridge purchased October 2022

Washer dryer combo works great, only gently used by me and in like-new condition

High quality laminate flooring

Nature's head composting toilet currently installed but I have a regular flushing toilet as well, easily swapped out or you can have both

2 lofts, 1 accessible by stairs the other a ladder
1 loft can fit a queen sized bed, I currently have a full. Other loft could fit a twin but I use it for storage

30amp house
Lots of storage space

Comes with 100 ft and 50 ft 30 amp electric cords, 2 75 ft hoses for water and tire covers
