20' Move-In Ready Tiny House -- NOAH Certified

We're selling our very lightly used tiny house on wheels. This beautiful tiny house was built by Homestead Tiny House, it is their Almont 20' model. It is being sold furnished and is ready for use. The interior features are:

- Convertible sofa that folds into a queen-sized bed, perfect for the size of the tiny house

The bathroom has a composting toilet, shower, folding mirror and wall-mounted storage unit. Also included is an electric tankless instant water heater. For electricity, there is a 50amp RV hookup on the back.

This model is currently available new from Homestead for $52,500 with a 3-4 month lead time. Our tiny house has been lightly used, we have stayed in it for about 5 nights. The reason we are selling it is due to zoning issues with our land, we are not allowed by the county to keep this house on our property. But it is a great tiny house, exactly what we were looking for, and can also serve as a great rental property. Hopefully this house can make someone else very happy.
