We only plan to make our home available for sale for 3 weeks.
Built on 20" Tumbleweed trailer. Customized Tumbleweed plan built with SIPs and reclaimed and sustainably harvested wood features and hardwood floor. To set up, plug in with an extension cord to a standard outlet and connect to a hose bib for water. Main lighting, porch light, a few outlets and basic electricity are set up with room for improvements/ customizations.

2 lofts
1 can accommodate a queen mattress with some storage or king sized mattress.
the other can accomodate storage (or kids a petite adult)
both lofts have egress windows which open fully (designed for exiting out in an emergency)

The interior is livable with all necessary amenities, but does need some interior finishing work to be completed. Wall paneling/paper/trim, ceiling paneling and baseboards. Also, the shower does have a low ceiling clearance that won't work for very tall people without some modification or creativity.

Overall this is a beautiful tiny home that is very functional with plenty of light (14 windows!) and space to cook as well as a unique quality bathtub, lots of storage and prove to be very functional and efficient. If you are looking to go tiny, but want to add your own style and finishes, this house could be perfect for you.
