This bus is currently in Pa. It was in Texas when I bought it a little over a year ago and from what I understand, thats where its always been. As long as it has been in Pa it was never driven on salty, winter roads. I love this bus but I am selling it because I want to downsize. Its turn key, off grid, ready to go. Everything works, drives and runs great.

-Propane stove, and water heater. Water heater also runs on electric

-the rear AC blows super cold. Will cool the back of the bus fast. The cockpit AC works but needs recharged

-3 of the windows open all the way out. They all open at the top.
-comes with under counter fridge, microwave and wall mounted TV in bedroom.
