1991 international skoolie! Tiny home or Airbnb ready!

This bus is my baby! However, it is time for me to move on. This is a 1991 international school bus. I bought it 4 years ago sight unseen and drove it to Glen Rose from Houston. It’s been a long term project to say the least. The motor only has 30,743 miles on it, and it’s a 7.3l powerstroke with a 545 Allison transmission. I left the doors yellow to remember it’s glory days!

The house portion has two beds, a sink, a shower, an office area, a vogelzang wood burning stove, tiled restroom, a new mini refrigerator and freezer, a closet, hideaway blinds, a large counter space, a good amount of storage, a new 3 gallon water heater and it’s all wired on a 120 v system (installed by an actual electrician). The bus is easily cooled by a window ac unit which fits in one of the rear windows.

One thing I wasn’t able to get was a composting toilet, but there is room for one. There’s currently a little camp toilet in that space.

If you have any interest in the bus as an investment property, I had considered making this bus an Airbnb, and being a unique listing with two beds, airbnb anticipated that I would make 1000 dollars a month off of this as a rental.
