1984 Blue Bird 40 ft skoolie

This skoolie ( I call her Stevie), is 40’ long and 7.5’ wide (roughly 300 sq.ft.). Stevie has a 8.2 Detroit diesel and an AT545 Allison transmission with air brakes. It has about 200,662 miles on it but the engine is good and could do another 200,000.

This converted Skoolie has a full solar set up with 1300 watts and a 3500 watt inverter with 400 amp hours worth for the battery bank. It has a 30 amp hookup as well, and a water hookup. There is a 40gal clean water tank with a water pump which come with the bus but are not set up. There is one gallon electric water heater as well. The electric water heater is an easy hookup to the water line. There is a propane stove and propane hookups. It comes with the fridge which is a Galanz 2.5 Cu Ft Retro Single Door Compact Refrigerator which is 120 volt fridge. In the back there is a cubic mini Grizzly wood stove and mini split from Pioneer. It has a shower and bathroom area. The back bed is a queen size. It has been in one spot for 3 years and the tires are a little low but are in good condition. Everything works. It is located in Salt Lake City and I am in Arizona, but can make arrangements if you are interested in a tour.
