1969 Shasta Loflyte with a Skylight!

Here is a completely remodeled 1969 Shasta Loflyte. Apparently a previous owner was living in it in Maine, so he completely gutted and insulated it and installed a skylight. She was in somewhat rough condition when she came into my hands. The wrong people were trying to “remodel”her (they were painting over strips of painters tape that had been left on for years among other things… Lots of Goo Gone later 🙄)! I added some before pics so you could see.

Here is a list of upgrades that have been done since:

*New fridge
*Fresh paint, inside and out (extra paint included)
*New floors
*Hand sewn curtains
*Japanese sleeping mattress (sleeps 2 on back bed/couch)
*Handmade bench cushions (table turns into bed for 2)
*New fresh and grey water tanks and plumbing (5 gallon fresh water tank and 6 gallon grey water tank)
*All holes/windows caulked and sealed
*2 coats of roof rubberizer (extra around skylight so there should be no leaks!)
*New light/switch
*Kitchen backsplash
*Faux Mexican tile aesthetics
*Laminate flooring in areas
*Original stove and oven
*Original box of road flairs!!
*Original jacks

She is not perfect! See pictures for a few dents that came with her. It was a lot of work getting her back into a good, working condition. I learned a lot and had a lot of fun saving this little piece of history. I’ve got a brand new Vermont title and registration in hand!
