1961 Greyhound Bus conversion

For sale our 1961 Greyhound Bus Conversion. Model 4106.

8V71 Detroit diesel , runs good and starts every time. I just replaced the 2 8D starting batteries. It is automatic and has power steering. Our bus was a Greyhound in Iowa back in the day. You can still see the imprint on the front cargo doors! Very cool piece of american history. It has custom aluminum wheels with good tires. The 2 AC, the 8 airbags and the water heater was replaced about a year ago. It has a 2 speed engine Jacob brake for downhill driving with ease. The interior is complete but needs TLC. It all works though. The generator is not working at the moment but has a 50A plug for shore power, and a 110V plug to power it from your home. it has 100G clean water tank and 100G black water tank. Big propane tank. Sleeps 5 comfortably. Lots of storage inside and under. Last trip we took our bus to was to the Grand Canyon in the spring and we got about 10MPG. Even though our bus is 52 years old, it passes most modern rvs on the highway.This bus is ready to go. Great starter diesel pusher. Has a tow hitch.Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
