18ft tiny home on wheels

2017 tiny home on wheels local built with "Tumblweed cypress" blueprints. Built on 8x20 American made custom tiny home trailer weighs 10k as is making it very easy to tow around as needed. Home has pioneer mini split,ecotemp tankless water heater,refrigerator and microwave/convection oven. Comes with magic chief washer/dryer combo. 32inch fiberglass shower and residential flushing toilet. Has one sleeping loft accommodates queen/king and a storage loft above entry door. The couch is a custom L shape couch that can turn into dinette table or full size bed with storage underneath. One neat feature of home is it has a built in pyle surround sound for listening to your favorite tunes or great sound for movie night. Exterior hookups are same as a traditional rv with 50amp electric, water and gas all in front of home and sewer hookup up on left side does not have holding tanks just normal hookup to go straight into septic. Repainted home fall of 2023 repacked wheel bearings this spring will need new tires if transported far. I bought from the original builder 2 years ago and used just to stay in while working out of state has been a great home. No longer needing.
