18' Tumbleweed Tiny Home Trailer for sale

A DIY'er started to build a Tiny House on this trailer, but did not finish the project. Stabilizing scissor jacks at each corner. Two 7000 pound axles. This is a great trailer for someone looking to do a DIY build on a decent quality, inexpensive Tiny House trailer. This trailer would also make a very good general utility trailer. We bought this trailer thinking we would build on it to add to our Tiny Home Retreat, but ended up going with a larger trailer.

Tires are practically in brand new condition. Trailer was built in Oct 2015.

Includes 6 Simpson strong ties, which is over $200 worth of ties.
