18' Tiny House Shell (Final Price Drop!)

This stick frame constructed tiny house was originally a Craigslist find. The previous owner was building a home to escape her escalating debt and a chemical sensitivity that precluded her from dwelling in many existing homes. There are original receipts for all the materials and the building is still early enough in the construction phase to alter interior framing and layout. Once acquired, I spent most of the time acquiring low cost or rescued materials. To date, my build partner and I have acquired house wrap to cover all the exterior, standing seam metal siding to cover the bottom 1/3, and possibly enough cedar planking to cover the interior ceiling.

The project has been fun and educational, but the build site is now needed for other uses. Perhaps down the road I'll pursue the tiny house life again, but for now, life's priorities are directing me to pass this project on to another excited owner.
