Almost done 18 FT Tumbleweed Fencl in NC

My wife and I began building this tiny house back in 2012. It’s been quite the journey! We’ve learned a lot about building, each other and what we want out of life. In the end tiny house living isn’t for us. We are selling this tiny house below cost. It’s not quite finished. It will need a final installation of the kitchen counters, sink, fridge etc. However, it is very well insulated, has plenty of light and would be ideal for a single person or young couple. We built this with love and the intention of living it ourselves. The building process took long enough that we’re different people now and it’s time for someone else to enjoy our little home.

Some electric work - there are connections for some overhead lights that haven’t been installed yet.
Trim work near front door
Re-stain and seal the exterior
Install AC or Heating

Financing - You will need to provide your own financing. We cannot provide you with a loan and are not offering rent to own.

Delivery: You will need to come to Charlotte NC to have the house moved. I expect a uhaul or Ford F250 should do the job. A F150 could perhaps accomplish this but that is your call. We will not be transporting the house.
