This unit is built on our custom in-house steel trailer for strength, balance, and long-term durability. Like all of our houses, this 16′ office is fully NOAH certified, meaning it meets nationally recognized safety and construction standards for structural, electrical, and plumbing systems. That certification gives you confidence in the build quality while still keeping the unit fully towable and easy to deliver.
