We currently offer 3 different sizes. Choose from 12, 16 & 20 ft. All tiny homes are 100% hand made to order. Every floor plan can be customized, but we have suggested a really good layout.

Is this still available?
Yes! We build each home to order. Together, we will consult your tiny home dreams. Then, we build your new home in about 14 days. We have many donations being built, so any home you order today will be ready for delivery in April 2021.

Where can I park my tiny home?
All of our tiny homes come built on a plated and registered on a flatbed trailer. County laws are changing daily, but we assure our homes are cross county compatible.

Financing?
Yes! We offer in-house financing through Hearth Financial. Get access to instant approval.

Or, In-House financing with 60% down to start the build and monthly payments to be complete before delivery or pickup. No credit check.

Discount?
Yes! We offer a 5% paid in full discount.
All participation is tax deductible.

Delivery?
Yes! We deliver anywhere in the United States & Canada for $1.25 / mile. This includes a one-way trip from Thornton, CO to your delivery location. You are not charged for the return trip.
