The house is outfitted for comfort - with a mini-split for heating and cooling, instant tankless hot water heater, and stairs to a spacious bed loft with a 2 foot safety ledge and a fully-opening skylight providing access to a 20 year corrugated metal roof. Windows allow for natural light and insulation in flooring, walls, and roof make this home easy to heat and cool.

Features throughout the house create ample storage, including steps with built in storage nooks, a secondary 2 foot by 8 foot storage loft, a bath room cabinet vanity with a separate sink that has storage underneath, a sizable pantry in the kitchen area, and a full size countertop with kitchen cabinet storage underneath.
