The concrete slab is both mobile and extremely sturdy. This means better comfort, no creaking, and a higher quality build. The floor feels extremely sturdy and you can put virtually anything inside. No sounds or movements like typical trailer builds. The advantages of our SIP panel system include better insulation (R value) and heat loss (U value) which make for a quiet, comfortable, and energy efficient living experience. Our single mini-split AC unit cools the entire unit and kept this space comfortable for an entire Texas summer with months of triple-digit highs. This unit features a premium tile package in both the bathroom and kitchen, with optional upper cabinets or floating shelves as desired by the customer.

Unit is fully outfitted for off-grid living with a solar-ready roof, blackwater tank, and efficient electrical appliances. The kitchen features a full-size fridge, oversized farmhouse sink, and electric stovetop with oven. Unit includes both 110 and 220V electrical to serve the kitchen appliances, HVAC, and all lighting.
