DETAILS:
This 12 x 32 lofted barn cabin is full of space and provides a light, airy atmosphere even after incorporating a dining table, futon, 2 kitchen counters, and master bedroom!
The porch fits a patio table w/4 chairs for rainy days or make your own oasis of relaxation. The porch flooring, railings, and pillars have recently been stained and coated with exterior spar urethane for additional protection from harsh northwoods weather.
The cabin includes fully insulated walls and ceiling along with LVP glue-down flooring installed throughout the main level and on the loft located above the master bedroom.
The dining table is secured to the wall but the wood benches are not so those will freely move.
There is no plumbing in this cabin but there is an above counter sink that can be included in the sale if the purchaser wishes to install.
A large glass window door leading to the master bedroom allows light to freely flow throughout the building. Purchaser can install curtains for additional privacy if preferred.
The loft above the master bedroom is large enough to fit a king size bed, comfortably.
The loft above the kitchen area and porch is longer than the other loft but has a shorter floor to ceiling height; perfect for storage!

Due to the nature of circumstances, the owner was not able to finish the following items:
- installing pine board ceiling above a portion of the loft located above the kitchen
- adjusting outlet depths as needed and installing covers

Purchaser will be responsible for relocation of the building upon completion of sale. Seller can provide a reference to a local company who specializes in relocation of these buildings.
