100 year old boxcar tiny home in belfast maine

Can stay where it is for 150$. Siding rent which means its on railroad tracks in moosehead train station which is now a museum. And the rent includes electricity . Right on hike and bike trails and 5 minute drive from downtown belfast. Very quiet place and unique !,has a 4.5 cubic feet new fridge ,an 80 gallon water tank a compost toilet and a small 5 watt solar system Good for charging two phones etc with usb.. furnished with two folding sealy futon sofas and a queen inflatable mattress on a bed frame. Also has a new toaster oven and cookplates. Bar stools and bar height table. Theres a shower stall installed but a propane on demand heater needs to be installed. There a small chem toilet at present.
Easily a compost toilet and rain barrel water collector can be installed!, I had a wood stove few years back and has the vent in roof still for it...
i used this train may through end of october for a vacation spot since its so close to penobscot bay and the ocean ..could use some tlc here and there ..there is a propane wall mounted procom heater. This is a train car so of course it is on wheels and insurance is for mobile
Home or rv is you research it .Moving it after purchase is something you'd have to research i don't have info on that
I will consider doing owner financing with 50 percent down. And a suitable monthly payment .
