Great condition, everything works, gas stove and instahot run off propane, it takes some configuring to get the volume right.

50amp plug to power house (dryer outlet), comes with a Macerater (Black water pump) which can push the "black water" 40 ft into a sewage cleanout. and you just hook a normal hose for the same water pressure as your house : )

Possibly willing to seller finance at 43K if you're able to do at least 15k down.

It has active tags so you can easily put it at your property as an "RV"
