28' Modern Tiny House

A modern tiny house on wheels, offers tiny house living without compromise. With everything from a full sized kitchen with conventionally sized appliances, a comfortable set of stairs to the master bedroom, copious amounts of storage throughout, space for a home office for two, storage that works double duty as furniture, and ample head room in the lofts, to a functional bathroom with room for a conventionally sized sink, shower and toilet, this tiny is a comfortable residence suited for full time living.

The layout of this 317 sq ft (110 sq ft in lofts) tiny house is open and spacious with tall ceilings while keeping within legal road restrictions so that a special transport permit is not required to move it in most locales.

I am moving out of the country and need to sell the house as I start a new chapter in my life. I love this house and put a lot of care and detail into building it. I used all new materials and contracted the help of professionals to do framing, roofing, plumbing, and electrical with me. It's good to have friends in the trades!

The house is priced to move and in the spirit of being completely transparent, the issues to be aware of:
The siding is not completely finished. I have all of the materials to finish the job, I just had surgery and couldn't complete it yet. All the lumber and supplies would be included.

The bathroom had a poor tub install (my fault) and I had two leaks in the corners that caused some damage to the floor and a corner of the drywall in the bathroom. The leak has been fixed, but the cosmetic work needs to be done. I have removed the damaged flooring and was intending to tile to the shower next, but again surgery has prevented the manual work.

Everything else about the house is completely functional and clean.
