Custom built solar powered tiny home. Our 8’x24’ home features 192 square feet of living area, seated on a heavy-duty trailer that is included in the purchase price. It was built using only high quality materials, including pine car siding interior, a ceramic tile shower unit, formica countertops and quality wood cabinets.

The home includes a living area, single size bedroom, bathroom with walk in shower, kitchen equipped with a GE gas stove and Danby Energy Star rated 9.2 cu. Ft. refrigerator and an 8’x7’ loft area that can be used for storage or an additional sleeping area. Also included is a ceiling mounted television.

The doors and windows are Energy Star Certified, designed so that that the interior glass stays warm, versus the ordinary window where the inside surface is cold from the outside elements. We used spray foam insulation on both the 2’x4’ walls and 2’x6’ ceiling and floor. For the interior lighting we used 6” LED can lights and the exterior has 4” LED can lights.

This GenPro Living System Home is built with a solar energy system. There are ten 250 watt roof solar panels connected to an inverter, which is then connected to 6 AGM batteries. The system is controlled with an on/off inverter-mounted switch with an easy-to-read LED Indicator that generate enough power to run their power needs for 3 to 4 days without any sunlight.
