This tiny house was built from three different types of wood. The siding, trim and posts are all solid cedar. The frame, kitchen logs, and interior tongue and groove walls are pine, with Juniper kitchen cabinetry and countertops.

The house is fully insulated to withstand severe temperatures. The fully equipped home comes with a 2,000 watt heater/thermostat combo, a 10 gallon water heater, a refrigerator, a propane stove with an oven, a full functioning toilet, and a sizable shower, USB outlets, and 11 windows including a skylight to view the beautiful starts from the warmth of the tiny home. Trailer dimensions are 8.5x18 ft; plus an 8x8 ft loft that accommodates a queen mattress, a tiny closet and a TV at the time. The exterior includes two outdoor lights, a small storage area, and three weatherproof outlets.

Banks that I know of that may be open for a tiny house loan are: Mountain America Credit Union, and Bank of American Fork. If you are interested in financing please check with the banks for a pre approval process. My coworker got a 12 year loan for her tiny house last year.

The house is on wheels and current on registration, I will provide license plates so that it can be transported anywhere with a truck.
