Prairie Drifter 26' THOW

This beautiful tiny house on wheels has a great layout that can accommodate many configurations to fit your lifestyle. It has two lofts, the large loft is 9'2” x 7'7” which can comfortably hold a king size bed accessible via stairs. The smaller loft is 4' x 7'7” and can hold a twin bed or be used for storage.

The main floor area has a bathroom with a pocket door, a great room or dinette area with a large picture window, kitchen and flex room at the back of the house. The flex room can be used as a sitting room, office or a bedroom that would support a queen bed.

There is room for a 10.1 cu ft fridge and a washer / dryer combo. There is plenty of storage space under the stairs leading to the main loft and in the hall closet.

This house was built to meet or exceed the national building standards for NFPA (national fire protection association), NEC (national electrical code), IRC (international residential code), and HNTSA (national highway & transportation safety association - for tiny house on wheels) with the inspections done by a third party service called the National Organization of Alternative Housing (NOAH certified) meaning that it meets the RVIA standards plus the IRC standards. It has a NOAH Certified Seal that is associated to the trailer VIN and their website has a video archive of the entire build process.

The house measures 26' long, 8' 6” wide, and 13' 4” high and can be towed without any special permits. Its dry weight is 11,270 lbs with 295 total sq ft.
