Great design however like most tiny homes this is priced way too high. That will discourage a lot of potentially interested parties to look elsewhere. That is the reason for the 3 stars.

Incredible industrial, modern, and cozy design. I love how this makes a bold statement as well as functions as a residence. I particularly like the original styling from the shipping container and the exterior accent pieces. Would be awesome as a granny home or a second room on a property in the mountains! Beautiful work! Intellectual, indeed.

Are you crazy…? I can buy a brand new container and have it delivered to the place of my choosing and complete it my self for thousands less….! I can get , A typical 40′ ft. X *8.6′ ft. container for less than $2,000.00.. As a matter of fact anyone could….! I priced a fully furnished reconfigured container with air all included for less than !8,000.00 dollars that is USD by the way… And beautiful low maintenance and it wouldn’t even look like a container any longer but maybe a modular house… You got a lot of nerve…!

Once again, another great idea that unfortunately is way too expensive. Then you add the fact that we can only see part of the inside of the home because they chose to only load a few pictures. But what I truly don’t like and don’t understand is the exterior of the house. What is the wood on the exterior for?? Is it supposed to be some type of decorations or is it used for something?? Plus the fact that it looks like it still has its original paint job from when it was being used for its true purpose which is a shipping container. Good luck selling this one.
