New 26’L X 8’.5”W X 13’4” Tiny house Caboose on custom Tumbleweed “low wider” Trailer. This great little house is completely move-in ready.  The wide open living area with 8’ vaulted headroom avoids that often claustrophobic tiny house/RV feel.  As noted in the attached specifications sheet, this unit is powered by a hybrid LP gas and electric system.  The 30 amp 110v electrical system provides lighting, bath heat and 12 volt appliances, while the LP supplies the 3 burner  range, on demand hot water and 16,000 BTU central heat.  The kitchen dining table folds out of the way when not in use.  Although there are two main storage closets, the stairs to the loft also serve as storage or display areas.

The ¾ bath has a full 32” shower, a vanity and sink, and a porcelain variable flow toilet. Even though the slide-out king bed serves as the main sleeping area, the upstairs loft will easily accommodate a queen size bed if needed.  There is also a flat screen wall receptacle that is cable ready.
