The attention to detail in this tiny house is second to none. Every inch of this home was done with care and craftmanship. This is truly a one of a kind artistic home that is both solid as well as beautiful. This home was commissioned by a tiny house lover and the details and plans were carefully thought out. The build took many months as solid Mahogany, pine and oak were carved and installed by hand.

You will see a custom sleeping nook downstairs complete with LED lights for nightime reading, hidden storage areas, floating storage steps to the 85 sq ft loft, composting toilet, wall-mounted propane heater, 2-burner propane cooktop, bathroom shower, sophisticated smoke alarm, cell phone car jacks in the walls, ambient lighting creatively installed in the ceiling, and cool lens windows that add to the never-ending character! The home also has an on-demand hot water heater designed to work with either a generator or regular current. There is a $500 storage battery in the closet as well. The caravan is also wired for both AC and DC so it can be on or off the grid! There is a generator that comes with it although the pull string came off (easy fix).

The caravan weighs approx 9,000  and measures approx 24' x 8.5' and has 3 axels that do not have brakes. The move would have to be done with a tow truck with enough power to control the caravan. There are 2 decks as well as the live edge skirting that is included. It is all just easy to unscrew and remove for transport.

The caravan was built by The Unknown Craftsmen in Pennsylvania and there are extensive pictures as well as local articles and a video on the website. Please take some time and read about the build and get to know the men who built it. The home was lovingly brought to life but only lived in a few short months. Circumstances are causing the owner to have to part with it. The caravan is very much like new as it was only finished in 2016!
