This is one of my favorite designs for a tiny house…well done! Love kitchen layout, although I would add a shelf on the left wall beside sink. Love the staircase to loft, however, it doesn’t look terribly sturdy. But conceptually I love it. Don’t see a closet…could a narrow one go in desk area, and make smaller desk surface? Los, no door to bath…that would e nice.

Love the exterior! Very very cool!

      Hi Ginger,
there is a closet opposite the desk area, just don’t have a picture of it. I’ve had a 230 lb man go up the stairs just to be sure they worked and it wasn’t a problem. 3/4″ plywood interconnected like that is pretty stout. The bath passageway is intended to use a sliding curtain, although it wouldn’t be hard to add a solid door. I’m glad you like everything else!

WoW! I love the concept of this house! It is refreshingly different from all the others i’ve seen so far. Love the stairs!

the shed shape makes more sense if traveling on the road and helps relieve the visual width. One of the better designs for such a small footprint.

Hey Greg! I love this design, and though I’m short the money at the moment, is there any way you can send me some bigger pics…I like this kind of design and would like to add it to my computer background for inspiration…

Hey, we can dream, right…but at least saving $15,000 a year on rent in LA might be nice.

If you can’t, I appreciate your fine work either way! Did you build it to sell or just decide to build a new one to live in? I think that may be a curse I might fall into, as I love to design, and would obviously find new ideas AFTER I built my first one!
